IS COACHING LIKE THERAPY?

The short answer is no. Coaching is a client led, future facing approach to support people in moving forward with their lives.

Therapy and counselling are focused on things that have already happened and trying to understand them.

Mentoring is usually from someone that has the technical knowledge of how to achieve specific objectives and can be instructive.

Through the use of questions and tools, I will help you to work out your direction, support you in finding ways to deal with the challenges you face and make sure you have the tools to navigate your way through to achieve your personal goals.
