Hi, I’m Julia.
I am a transformational coach that supports Gen X women to find fulfilment in their working lives. I support my clients to make changes to their career so they have a more fulfilling work life. This can be from small adjustments, focusing on confidence and how to approach specific challenges to retraining in a new field. We spend a large amount of our time at work, doing something that is fulfilling makes a huge difference to how we feel in ourselves.
Juggling caring responsibilities of children and aging parents, career, time with family and friends, hobbies and interests, making plans for the future, self-care and working out what do you want from your working life now, can be challenging. Often the self care and time to think about what you want for your career can be pushed to the bottom of the pile.
I am a Gen X woman that has transitioned from different careers at various times in my life. With my training and experience as a coach, I can help you to work out your direction and what you want from this stage in your working life. Is it time to go for that big promotion? Or are you done with what you have been doing and looking for a new direction? Maybe, what you are looking for isn’t big changes, but some smaller tweaks, but you aren’t sure on the best way to go about making them or you aren’t sure how to approach your situation. If that is the case then coaching might be the right approach for working things out and moving on with your career and your life.
Coaching is a commitment that you will be making to yourself and can be challenging. It takes time both in our sessions and outside of them to make the changes you need to make. With my support you will succeed.

My Approach
It all begins with a conversation. Through a series of six sessions we will look at what it is you want to achieve, what is happening for you now, what is working and what isn’t, what is getting in your way and how you will deal with the challenges so that you can achieve your over arching goal.
By the end of the six sessions, you will be well on the way to making the changes you need to make and moving in the direction you want to go in.
